Your Natural Vitamin Store charges provincial sales tax to customer located in British Columbia, Canada.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return unopened items within 30-days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please phone Customer Service at (250) 751-2919, or email us at customerservice@yournaturalvitaminstore.com immediately for a resolution. All returns require an Authorization Code, a copy of your Customer Invoice, and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please email, phone or fax for your authorization code and shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization code.
