Product Warranty Information

We are pleased to honor manufacturers' warranties on our products. However, some manufacturers do not offer a warranty. In these cases, Your Natural Vitamin Store provides a 30 day warranty on defects in your Vitamins, Minerals, & High Performance Supplements purchased.

If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s) and we would be happy to service it for you.

For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, discoloration from light or sunlight, abnormal wear and tear, fading or shrinkage of any fabric, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.

How to Inquire

Call within the manufacturer's warranty, The Your Natural Vitamin Store 30-day warranty, or within the Your Natural Vitamin Store extended warranty period you purchased, and if, after inspection by a qualified quality control technician, defective components or workmanship are found in the construction of the item, the item will be repaired at no charge.
