When you take a stimulant such as caffeine, sugar, or ephedrine, the immediate energy felt has been taken from elsewhere in the body, and must be paid back. It is the adrenal glands that are forced to overwork when a stimulant is ingested. Eventually, through a combination of excess stress and over-stimulation, the adrenals become exhausted and soon you need that second cup of coffee to jumpstart them in the morning.

ENERGYSTART contains no stimulants. It is designed to gradually rebuild the adrenal glands. Within two of weeks of taking ENERGYSTART your own body will provide the energy you need when you need it the most.

The majority of ingredients in ENERGYSTART are classified as "adaptogens". An adaptogen is a substance that helps an organism deal with stress: physical, mental and emotional. It does this by supporting and rebuilding the organ systems involved in dealing with stress, most importantly the adrenal glands. Adrenal exhaustion in the long run can lead to health problems including an irregular heart rate, high or low blood pressure, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances.

Contains: Ashwagandha, Siberian Ginseng, Schisandra, Royal Jelly, Fo-Ti, Ginger, and Rhodiola Rosea.

Suggested usage: should be taken for 2 to 4 weeks, (two capsules twice daily). As is the case with most herbal formulas, ENERGYSTART is most effective when taken between meals with a liquid.
After completing 2 to 4 weeks of continual use, preferably in combination with reduced stress and stimulant intake, EnergyStart may be used occasionally, as needed when energy is low or stress is too high.
