Nature’s Harmony® Hydrated Bentonite is one of the most effective, natural intestinal detoxifying agents available. It is derived from deposits of weathered volcanic ash whose main constituent is a hydrated aluminum silicate called montmorillonite. Depending on the source of the clay, bentonite may also contain calcium, magnesium and iron.
