All orders OVER $60.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Looking for speedy delivery? Canada Post Xpresspost Expedited service is available for a $3.95 freight charge.

All orders UNDER $60.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* will be charged a shipping fee of $5.95 using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Looking for speedy delivery? Canada Post Xpresspost Expedited service is available for a $8.75 freight charge.

* Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or Xpresspost expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping.

All United States orders OVER $120.00 (excluding taxes) are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

All United States orders UNDER $120.00 (excluding taxes) will be charged a shipping fee of $14.95 using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

Please Note: United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. Your Natural Vitamin Store reserves the right to dis-allow the shipment of certain products to Customers in the United States. These would include large quantities of products consisting of liquid in glass containers, and products not yet approved for import to the US by the United States Food & Drug Agency. All United States sales are final.

International Shipping Policy

International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from the customer. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Air. You will be notified by e-mail; if we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days (96 hours) your order will be cancelled.

Please Note: International shipping charges may not include any additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. All International Sales are Final.

Backorders

In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by phone and /or email to determine whether to:

• Hold your order until backorders are filled (up to 15 days from receipt of order).
• Ship your partial order immediately and cancel backorder.
• Ship your partial order, and fill your backorder when stock is available (within 15 days of order). You will only be billed for items shipped.

Changing an Order

Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been processed. Changes to an order, after an order has been placed may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they can or will be implemented.

Return Policy (applies to Canadian purchases only)

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return unopened items within 30-days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please phone, fax or email us immediately for a resolution. All returns require an Authorization Code, a copy of your Customer Invoice, and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please email, phone or fax for your authorization code and shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization code.
